It produces accurate, repeatable and reproducible volume analysis. The instrument is robust and easy to use for millers, bakers, food industries, ingredient suppliers, research institutes and baking or cooking tests.
The product is placed on a rotating support in the instrument and its volume is measured by the laser mounted on a rotary arm. The volume, dimensions, weight and density are calculated and the results are displayed witha three-dimensional representation of the sample.
