CDR FoodLab Analyzer
CDR Food Lab
The CDR FoodLab ® analyzer allows real-time quality control directly on the production line.
Reliable instrument thanks to photometric technology based on LED light sources. The results of the analysis are correlated to the reference methods. Multitasking device allowing the simultaneous management of various analysis parameters.
Advantages
- Simultaneous analysis of 16 samples
- Easy to use
- Touch screen
- Ready-to-use reagents
CDR FoodLab® One single instrument allows you to determine a wide range of chemical parameters on milk and dairy products easily and rapidly.
With CDR FoodLab® you can determine a wide range of chemical parameters easily and rapidly without having to learn how to use different analysis systems.
All types of milk can be tested (cow, buffalo, goat, sheep, etc.)
The system has been designed to determine the quality of low-fat milk or whole milk, raw or pasteurized, without any kind of previous sample treatment.
CDR FoodLab® can also be used to test a wide range of cheeses and dairy products, like mozzarella, cottage cheese, yoghurt, butter, margarine with a minimal sample preparation developed by the CDR research laboratories that is far easier than official methods.
With CDR FoodLab®, quality control on bakery products, baked goods, snacks and spreads can be carried out completely, quickly and easily starting from the raw materials used (oils and fats, milk, eggs) and ending with the finished product. Toxic solvents are not necessary for preparation of the sample and the tests are completed in 10 minutes.
More intuitive and faster than traditional methods, CDR FoodLab® is the ideal solution for egg producers and food industries that use egg products. Its analytical method is so easy to follow that the system can be utilized in a laboratory as well as in production plants to perform the required quality control tests, or at accettance of raw material or of incoming goods.
CDR FoodLab® is the analysis system for tomato and tomato derivatives that enables to perform quality controls easily and rapidly, determining the concentration of lactic acid either in a laboratory or directly in the production plant.
Tomato can be tested under any form, either chopped, or as a sauce or as a paste. Sample preparation is minimal and anyone can perform the test, even personnel with no previous specific lab tech experience. It is also possible to analyze any type of vegetable purée.
Fish oil tends to oxidize very quickly, that is why it is vital that processing companies may rely on an instrument such as CDR FoodLab®, which allows for a simpler and faster monitoring of the oxidation status of fish oil.
CDR FoodLab® is the ideal chemical analysis system to monitor the degradation of frying oil, cooking oil, waste oil.
Performing chemical analyses on deep-frying oil and fried products is simple and fast because sample preparation, if any, is minimal.
Ready to use, pre-vialed reagents allow:
- not to get in touch with toxic or carcinogenic compounds;
- to avoid using extractor hoods;
- not to wash either containers or traditional glassware
CDR FoodLab® system is the ideal solution to run analyses on fats and oils for quality control and process control at production lines in real time. This is why it is used worldwide by many food industries that either produce fats or oils, or process them as ingredients.
