EQUIPMENT:

X-ray tube – the small focal spot and the high quality of the focal spot ensure excellent long-term performance.
In addition, the air cooling system allows the machine to operate over a wide temperature range without the need for an external water cooler.
The length of the belt is fully configurable, according to the customer’s needs and available space. Through the use of a new motorized drum system, the length can be reduced to 1 m and the belt can be combined with existing belts, without any difficulties due to the size of normal external motors.
The main components (tape, flaps, generator, detector) can be removed quickly and easily thanks to a completely new design.
A complete range of modular reject systems and collection bins guarantee an optimal solution for every type of product.The new Clear-View version is available with a front hatch and glass-lead view to see all products passing through the inspection compartment.

SOFTWARE:

The Dylog software for contaminant detection guarantees a high level of performance; new filter technology and parallel image processing ensure noise-free and high-contrast images, increasing scanning speed.
It is also possible to identify missing parts and check the total or partial weight of the product, thanks to easily configurable screens.

The multi-line inspection, up to 8 lines, ensures total flexibility in the ejection of contaminated products.
Remote control of the machine is available, as well as a password-protected 5-level system to allow a large number of operators to work, each with their own password.
The production and usage data of the machine is stored on a redundant basis for maximum safety and is easy to consult, with automatic report generation.
