It is a non-destructive analysis that, without altering the chemical composition or organoleptic properties of the products, detects the contaminants they contain (in any type of container or packaging) and verifies their integrity and compliance. Contaminants with a higher density than the products inspected (metals, glass, highly calcified bones, stones, shells, ceramics, PVC, Viton®) will no longer be a problem.

The Dylight S can be installed on an existing straight conveyor, with a simple and quick alignment procedure, thanks to the new system of numbered reference lines.
Thanks to an innovative design philosophy, all main components are easily accessible and replaceable, as well as all internal surfaces are accessible and washable.

Perfect for inspecting bricks, metal or paper cans and plastic bottles.
The air cooling system allows the machine to operate over a wide temperature range without the need for an external water cooling system normally used with more powerful machines.

With the Dylight S, Dylog is able to offer a plug-and-play inspection solution for products in rigid containers, while maintaining flawless performance.
